Abstract

The problem of creating an effective model for the formation of digital footprint of projects and programs for the development of educational programs in the context of digitalization of society is considered. The life cycle of the digitization projects, knowledge and management technologies used are significantly reduced. Digitization processes create special requirements for the creation of their digital shadows and traces. The complexity of development projects increases due to innovations within curricula. These trends form key challenges in the development of project and program management systems in the context of digitalization of society. The proposed concentric model of digital footprint formation of projects and programs allows to take into account the external and internal environment of the project within the development of educational programs. The model of the carrier of methodology of formation of a digital trace of the project of development of educational programs is resulted. The project and project activities are implemented in the conditions of formation and dynamic change of the digital footprint, the essence and structure of which was determined in this study. Analysis of the sources and types of elements of the digital trace of the project allowed to build a classification of its elements. The connection between the digital footprint of the project and its information uncertainty is determined, the main options for the positive and negative impact of the digital footprint on the success of the project through the reduction of information uncertainty are identified. The dynamics of the digital footprint of the project is analyzed and the ratio of the life cycle of the educational project and the duration of its digital footprint is established. Concentric model methodology for forming a digital trace of the project allows you to structure all available information in a double helix. This form of structuring allows you to compactly pack all the data on the project, process, organization and environment. Construction of a digital trace of the project will allow to form new models and methods of management of development of competences of educational projects of projects.
