We would like to inform you that on May 23, 2023, the Institute for Digitalisation of Education of the NAES of Ukraine, the founder of the international electronic scientific journal Information Technologies and Learning Tools, signed a license agreement with the international company ProQuest LLC (USA).
According to the terms of the agreement, the ProQuest has obtained non-exclusive worldwide rights to:
reproduce, distribute, and disseminate the journal’s materials in electronic and print formats;
include full texts, bibliographic records, abstracts and indexes in its scientometric and abstracting databases;
provide access for searching, viewing, downloading and printing journal articles.
This agreement does not change the publication's open access policy: all publications remain freely available on the journal’s official website. At the same time, it provides additional opportunities for authors and readers to integrate into the global academic community, enhances international visibility, and promotes the growth of citation of scientific works.
At present, not all of the journal’s materials are yet available in the ProQuest databases, but their number is gradually increasing, and we expect full coverage in the near future.
